At Jane Addams Resource Corporation (JARC), we bridge community and market needs through adult education classes, job training programs, economic development services, and real estate initiatives to ensure that lower-income working adults achieve self-sufficiency and do not live in poverty. JARC's work helps to strengthen the local economy through the growth of neighborhood businesses.
As a result of these efforts, JARC continues to receive regional and national recognition as a best practice model for community and economic development.
