Jane Addams Resource Corporation (JARC) offers FREE employment services to individuals in the community. Through workshops and one-on-one meetings with our employment coach, job seekers work on resumes, cover letters and thank you letters, interviewing skills, job search techniques and other areas of job readiness. Additionally, workplace readiness and job placement assistance are offered to trainees in JARC’s Careers in Manufacturing Program.
