Jane Addams Resource Corporation (JARC) and Freedman Seating are pleased to announce our first networking event, Women in Manufacturing, on the West Side. This is going to be an evening full of fun and opportunities for our community. You will hear from our incredible female graduates who are currently working as machinists and welders and how their careers in manufacturing changed their lives and led them to financial stability.

We’ll also hear from guest speakers who will share a women centered perspective in the workforce and the progress we have made through the years to cultivate equity and diversity in the manufacturing industry. You will leave feeling EMPOWERED!

JARC’s recruitment team will be there to answer all your questions and share the benefits of getting into our program. At the event, you’ll also be able to sign up for one of our application sessions to start your career in manufacturing.
