Welding Fast Track

Interested in Applying?
Learn the fundamentals of Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW or “MIG”) and other processes that are used in manufacturing.
This free welding training program is for unemployed adults and low-income job seekers.
GRADUATES FOR THIS PROGRAM:
- Can earn industry credentials through the American Welding Society (AWS), such as: AWS GMAW D1.3
- Can complete the OSHA 10 HR (General Industry) safety course
- Receive job placement services
DURATION
14 weeks | 350 hours
SCHEDULE
Daytime training: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:30pm
Evening training: Monday- Thursday 3:00pm - 8:00pm
ELIGIBILITY
Free for unemployed adults and low-income job seekers
Classes run on an open enrollment schedule.
Anyone enrolled in our programs has FREE access to math, reading, and computer tutors, as well as financial coaching and public benefits screening.
