A Father’s Hard-Earned Success
Adonis had always loved to build computers. His aunt, who worked with John Crane as a Planner for fifteen years, told him to look into CNC as a future career path.

The very next day, he ran into a friend on the bus who recommended that he pursue training in CNC, specifically at JARC. Needless to say, after five years of uncertain employment prospects and the challenge of earning enough income to support his wife and daughter, he knew that he had to look into the program.
CNC turned out to be a phenomenal fit for Adonis’ skills and passions. He quickly mastered the programming process and, in a few weeks, found employment as a CNC Operator, where he rapidly advanced from third to first shift. About a year and a half later, he got a call from John Crane and was offered a position as a CNC Machinist.
Adonis continues to pursue opportunities to advance, including specialized Machinist positions and possibly further education. Working with Chris in financial coaching is an ongoing process that enables him to build assets for his family. Right now, he’s trying to get as much sleep as his wife just gave birth to a healthy baby boy in December.
